So I’ve decided to start giving myself one cheat meal a week where I can eat whatever I want. While I was planning to use it tomorrow night, I decided to go with today at lunch. In the end, I didn’t eat the most awful things. I had a cup of lobster bisque and half a chicken parm sandwich. I also had some chips and dessert though, which definitely used up like all my calories for the day. However, I’m okay with it. I knew today would be hard because I’m on my period, but all I plan on eating for the rest of the day is the other half of the sandwich and fruits and veggies.
Do you guys have cheat days? How do you use them?
Woke up with the worst cramps ever this morning. That’s right ladies, it’s shark week! Can I just say I’m completely dying. I’m going out to lunch with my grandma today and I’m getting lobster bisque as a treat to myself, but I’m worried about not giving in to other cravings and continuing to exercise :/. Any tips?
