Good day today!
I took it easy on the exercise, only a half an hour walk, but that’s okay because I’ve kept my net calories at 1200.
Tomorrow is going to be a big test, I’m going out to eat with my grandma. It will be the first time I’m really going out since I started seriously counting my calories, wish me luck!

So guys, today actually ended up being a good day
First of all, I had two really high points. First of all, I put on my jeans for the first time since I started this whole thing. ugh, way overate this morning
Well, it’s not even that I overate, just I ate shit with a ton of calories. Poptarts and a bagel with strawberry cream cheese later, I’m already at 900 calories.
I’m gonna work out later for sure, but any other ideas on how to come back?
