Good day today!
I took it easy on the exercise, only a half an hour walk, but that’s okay because I’ve kept my net calories at 1200. Tomorrow is going to be a big test, I’m going out to eat with my grandma. It will be the first time I’m really going out since I started seriously counting my calories, wish me luck!

First of all, can I just say I had the most awesome day!
