Well I went a little overboard at dinner, but all...

Just had the yummiest lunch!
1 cup of pasta (we were out of whole wheat)-210 calories 1/4 of light alfredo-60 calories Chicken that I sauted in a tsp of smart balance-90 ish It was completely delicious and had a whopping total of 360 calories!
