So I started my day with a banana and a bowl of multigrain cheerios with organic skim milk. Then I made this awesome banana bread type thing that I found on tumblr! I even added extra fiber. The I went on a two mile walk with my dog, and came back and snacked on carrots with a little peanut butter. Also, I started taking a multi-vitamin.

It was completely delicious and had a whopping total of 360 calories! I was afraid sticking strictly to the serving size wouldn’t give me enough food, but it actually was a ton! Total proof that eating healthy doesn’t mean eating rabbit...
