So guys, today actually ended up being a good day
First of all, I had two really high points. First of all, I put on my jeans for the first time since I started this whole thing. ugh, way overate this morning
Well, it’s not even that I overate, just I ate shit with a ton of calories. Poptarts and a bagel with strawberry cream cheese later, I’m already at 900 calories.
I’m gonna work out later for sure, but any other ideas on how to come back?
